 Senior Technician - Description:

  • Provide remote and onsite client assistance
  • Maintain the Priority One datacentre
  • Proactively monitor client networks

Experience - The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in an in-house support role
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Superb troubleshooting skills
  • Be self-motivated but a good team player

Technical skills - essential

  • Active directory
  • Exchange
  • Windows 2003
  • DNS

Technical skills - advantageous

  • Cisco routers / firewalls
  • SAN
  • Apple Mac
  • Redhat
  • Zimbra
  • Industry certifications
